UI redesign

Added missing promote and demote member options for the clan owner
Hide the kick button if the member shown is council or moderator to give more space for command buttons. To kick a council member or moderator through the menu you need to demote them back to member first
Fixed member invite cancel button covering member name

Rewrite and redesign, the one file supports both versions of clans.
If you are using the universal Clans on uMod you will need to update to v0.2.4 or higher

Updated for ClansReborn v3.x.x

Updated UClansUI for latest universal Clans plugin version (if using my universal Clans plugin you will need to update it to atleast v0.1.54)
