Added chat command "/whatisthis" to print the name of the entity you are looking at. Only players with the admin flag can use this command

Auto-recreate new data file if previous data file is null

Revert nearby sort to only work on containers with sorting options defined
If there are no nearby containers with sorting options defined send message saying so
If there are no nearby containers with sorting options that match the players items send message saying so
If using "this" sort and the items dont match the sorting options defined for the container send message saying so

Fixed nearby sorting to any container, should only sort to containers listed in the config
If container doesnt have sorting data only accept items the container allows

Change "this" and "nearby" sort to work even when no custom data has been set for the target container

More hooks to detect when player stops looting various containers so it closes the UI

Added config option "Use permission to allow nearby sorting" and permission "absolutsorter.nearby"
