Catapult and More 2.0.3

Added Bundle with Free Siege Ballista version 1.0.2. (for fun and testing)
Usage for the Ballista is basically the same as catapult. No ammo needed.
ballista fits nicely behind a garage door, window wall or embrasure.
Permissions:
sballista.build

Console Command:
ballista.spawn

- Corrected damage done on impact to deal damage in configuration correctly. Now if you put 1000 damage.. it will deal 1000 damage to everything in the radius.
- Worked on fixing the visual glitch of the box while rotating. Rust does not like moving boxes nicely at all. Not finished, but just a update on that.
- Keeping inventory while rotating is still a WIP.
- Upcoming Free Add-On , Siege Ballista, Not ready yet. very soon ill add it as a bundle for you guys to play with. its super fun too.
