Fixed: Heli spawning under terrain under certain conditions (causing 'Infinity or NaN' error spam)
Added: Config option: "Height of heli when it spawns (increase if it spawns under/in terrain)"
- Fixed: OrbitStrafe chance setting not working correctly

- Fixed: MapScaleDistance config option now spawns helis the distance from the player, not map center
