Added API isEventPlayer for global hook calls
Fixed for Rust update
Remove players from triggers when restoring
Ignore dead players when sending players to race, if player is sleeping wake them up
Fixed inner tube and boogie boards not triggering checkpoints
Added config option to disable the prevention of players leaving the track
Added track option to enable vehicle damage (for modular cars only)
Added track option to set collision damage scaler so modular cars can be destroyed faster
Changed /track info so it only shows options that are relevant to the track you are creating, also made the text a bit smaller so it fits in the chat window better
Changed "/track vehicleprofile" to "/track modularcar"
Don't finish the race when there is only 1 driver remaining
Issue prize when crossing the finish line and send finish position and prize to players chat
Stack prize item on to existing item if possible before adding it as a new item in the stored inventory
Added position UI so you can see what place you are currently in
Moved default lap time UI above the position UI
Tidied up some shit

Prevent sam sites from targeting race vehicles
Only allow players to travel the distance between the current 2 checkpoints x2 away from the track, if they go past that they are teleported back to the last checkpoint
