- Added Despawn timer for the smoke screen. Default time can be changed via config file.
- Added Mana GUI despawn timer to config. If you are not holding a wand, this is the default time the GUI will disappear from players screen.
- Added Mana Tick Rate to config - Higher numbers mean slower mana recovery.
- Added Mana Recover Rate Per Tick - how much mana a player recovers when it does tick for recovery.
